Returns & Withdrawals

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving it—no explanation needed.

To ensure a smooth and timely return process, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit Your Return Request

• Download and complete the Return Form [here].
• You can submit the completed form by email to malgosia@malua.pl or send it by post to:
• Double M. sp. z o.o.
• ul. Kościuszki 38/4, 44-100 Gliwice
• Please include the note: “RETURN”

2. Prepare Your Package

Carefully repack the product to ensure it is protected during return shipping.
Please note:       

• Personalised items (e.g., gift wrapping) are not eligible for return.
• Items should be in unused condition, just as you would inspect them in a store.

3. Include Return Information

Place the return form inside the parcel.
If you’ve already sent the form via email, simply include a handwritten note with your order number—this helps us process your return quickly and accurately.

4. Send the Package

Please send the parcel within 30 days of submitting your return request.
Returns should be addressed to:

Please mark the parcel with: “RETURN”

Important:

• We do not accept parcels sent via cash on delivery, e-shipment, or parcel lockers.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue your refund promptly via the original payment method—unless you request otherwise (at no additional cost).
